- Offer an approach to the main concepts of dietetics and nutrition, applied to the diet of people who carry out some type of sporting activity at a greater or lesser level. - Present the nutritional aspects of proteins, lipids, carbohydrates, minerals and vitamins. - Know the specific nutritional needs of people who practice sports. - Provide the necessary knowledge to develop an appropriate eating plan for people who carry out any sporting activity, whether on a professional level or simply or as a measure to stay in shape. - Know the parts of the human body involved in movement - Know what metabolic substrates are involved in physical exercise - Learn the adaptations that the body makes when doing physical exercise - Acquire the necessary knowledge to carry out an adequate diet - Learn the characteristics of aerobics and step as sports - Know how to organize an aerobics and step class - Introduce the necessary guidelines for the correct execution of aerobic exercises - Know the possible injuries that occur can produce, in order to prevent them

This Aerobics and Step Monitor Course + Specialization in Nutrition of Sports Practice offers the student, from a vision of the fundamental concepts of dietetics and nutrition, the possibility of having the necessary skills to prepare and/or supervise the nutrition received by people who participate in sports. The course allows the student to acquire the necessary knowledge to be able to properly perform both the stretching and warm-up necessary for any physical exercise performed, as well as to know how to correctly execute the steps of an aerobics or step class.
