Objectives

- Know the functions, procedures, techniques and instruments of judicial expertise. - Know the different types of Expertise that we can find. - Interpret the mediation system and its importance in the involvement of those affected. - Carry out the cultural tasks specific to each crop to achieve optimal development and ensure the sustainability of the agroecosystem. - Collect and/or use the crops, as appropriate, using appropriate means of harvesting, transportation and storage to maintain the quality of the product. - You take advantage of water resources and soil nutrients for organic farming, avoiding erosion and conserving or improving the characteristics of the land. - Fertilize crops according to prescribed recommendations, to maintain soil fertility levels and using appropriate equipment. - Water the crops using the irrigation installation correctly, to cover their water needs and maintain or improve soil fertility. - Maintain tractors and traction equipment for their conservation in perfect condition of use, following technical specifications - Prepare and manage tractors and traction equipment for use in scheduled tasks/operations and for the circulation of public roads. - Install and maintain crop protection and forcing systems, using materials appropriate to the environment, the production system and following technical specifications. - Install and maintain irrigation systems, following the technical and economic specifications of the project, to ensure optimal crop development. - Carry out the conditioning, cleaning, disinfection, disinfection, deratization of the premises and facilities, following the previously established plan.

This Agricultural Judicial Expert prepares you to obtain the necessary knowledge to intervene as an Expert in the courts and Tribunals of Justice, especially in the civil and criminal field. Article 335.1 of the LEC (Law 1/2000, of January 7, on Civil Procedure) refers to this figure and establishes that: “When scientific, artistic, technical or practical knowledge is necessary to assess relevant facts or circumstances in the matter or acquire certainty about them, the parties could contribute to the process the opinion of experts who possess the corresponding knowledge…” With this Judicial Expert Course you will be able to practice before demands from Individuals and Companies, Administration and Justice. At the end of the course, the student will obtain a Diploma that will allow him or her to register as a Professional Associate in ASPEJURE and be able to practice in the Courts and Tribunals. It is a course suitable for access to the Court Lists.

This Agricultural Judicial Expert is aimed at university graduates in the subject matter of the course, and in the event that the subject is not included in any professional title, it is also aimed at any professional or person who wishes to obtain the necessary knowledge to be able to intervene as an expert in courts and tribunals, especially in the criminal and civil fields. However, as established by the Civil Procedure Law in its Article 340.1: Experts must have the official title that corresponds to the subject matter of the opinion and its nature. If these are subjects that are not included in official professional titles, they must be appointed from people knowledgeable in those subjects.
