In addition, with the realization of this course, the student will be prepared to: know the nature of the conflict within the company and the styles when solving them, knowing how to analyze and negotiate in the conflict according to the different types that exist, identify the bad habits that can occur in communication when resolving conflicts, knowing and understanding the main tools to improve communication to the possible conflicts, know what the process of positive feedback consists of Attitudes, skills, competencies and behaviors, identifying the barriers that prevent us from occupying ourselves of our feelings, knowing the benefits of the development of emotional intelligence and basic emotions that allow their development, and knowing how emotions can be managed.
