- Analyze the operation and technical specifications of the most common staple binding machines and their auxiliary elements. - Carry out the start-up operations of staple binding machines as well as adjustment and synchronization of the elements involved according to the specifications of a given work order. - Perform staple binding of different graphic products, according to the instructions of a given work order, carrying out the necessary quality controls and respecting safety regulations. - Perform first-level maintenance on machines that are involved in the staple binding process, ensuring their correct operation. - Apply safety, health and environmental protection plans, and the corresponding current regulations to correctly use safety means and equipment in the preparation and during the wire sewing process.
He develops his professional activity in the graphic industry, in the post-printing or industrial binding department. In printing, post-printing, and binding companies. In medium or large companies with different organizational and technological levels. Both in public and private companies. He joins a work team where he develops individual and group tasks on operations in sewing trains. In general, it will depend organically on a middle manager. This training conforms to the training itinerary of the Training Module MF0926_2 Staple Binding, certifying that you have passed the different Units of Competence included in it, and is aimed at the accreditation of the Professional Competencies acquired through work experience and non-formal training, through which you will opt to obtain the corresponding Certificate of Professionalism, through the respective calls published by the different Autonomous Communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the organization of the Vocational Training System and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional skills acquired through work experience or non-formal training).
