- Detect demands, offers, services and potential sources of employment existing in the intervention environment that favor the access and/or creation of employment for women, the development of their work activity and their professional promotion under conditions of effective equality with men, to transmit the information obtained to the responsible professionals who determine the actions to be developed. - Collect information in companies, organizations and the intervention environment on the elements and obstacles that determine permanence and effective equality between men and women in employment, transferring it to the intervention team. - Inform women who require it regarding creation, access, permanence and promotion in employment, taking into account their needs and personal resources, so that they can access viable alternatives in accordance with existing social and economic resources. - Inform and raise awareness, from a gender perspective, regarding the reconciliation of personal, family and work life, and its impact on health and time management, in the field of employment to promote effective equality as a criterion for the quality of life of citizens.

Career opportunities

He carries out his professional activity as an employee in the public and private spheres, in collaboration with the intervention team and under the direct supervision of the competent person at a higher level. Likewise, it detects situations of inequality and the needs derived from it, organizing and transferring relevant information in the field of its specialty, both to the reference population and to higher-level professionals, to promote and guide actions regarding effective equality between women and men, and prevent discrimination against the female population. In the development of professional activity, the principles of universal accessibility are applied in accordance with current legislation.

What it prepares you for

This training is in accordance with the training itinerary of the Training Module MF1582_3 Promotion for Effective Equality of Women and Men in Matters of Employment, certifying having passed the different Units of Competence included in them, and is aimed at the accreditation of the professional Competencies acquired through work experience and non-formal training, through which you will be eligible to obtain the corresponding Certificate of Professionalism, through the respective calls published by the different Autonomous Communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the organization of the Vocational Training System and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional skills acquired through work experience or non-formal training).
