- Relate and specify the aeronautical organizations and institutions that regulate airport activity, and describe the characteristics of the airport environment and infrastructure and the aircraft that use it, as well as the applicable regulations that affect them and the procedures to follow related to air safety, for their application in assisting aircraft on the ramp, and in the dispatch and surveillance of flights. - Explain the operational safety measures, security measures against illegal interference, or labor and environmental prevention measures, to be adopted when assisting the aircraft on the ramp and in the dispatch and surveillance of flights. - Apply the main techniques related to Human Factors, including communication methods to transmit operational and routine information, both to clients and other employees. - Identify the types of dangerous goods transported by air as well as the action protocols in aircraft care and flight dispatch, following established procedures and acting under safety standards. - Carry out activities to prepare the LIR (Loading Instruction Report), the Loading and Centering Sheet using the necessary means and acting under safety regulations. - Analyze the concepts necessary to carry out flight planning. - Establish a set of optimal flight routes in accordance with established safety and economic criteria, based on the analysis of operational documentation, applying criteria on operating minimums, selection of alternatives and flight levels. - Complete the ATC flight plan form, making modifications and updates based on the changes produced. - Monitor a flight by checking deviations from the planned planning and recalculating it so that the initially established criteria are met.
He carries out his professional activity, as an employee, in airports of any size, both public and private, in cargo and passenger terminals, as well as on ramps, depending functionally and hierarchically on a superior, and may be in charge of lower-level personnel. In the development of professional activity, the principles of universal accessibility are applied in accordance with current legislation.
This training is in accordance with the training itinerary of the Training Module MF2216_2 Flight Dispatch and Surveillance, certifying that you have passed the different Units of Competence included in it, and is aimed at the accreditation of the Professional Competencies acquired through work experience and non-formal training, through which you will opt to obtain the corresponding Certificate of Professionalism, through the respective calls published by the different Autonomous Communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the organization of the Vocational Training System and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional skills acquired through work experience or non-formal training).
