- Analyze the fiscal and legal obligations necessary for the constitution and legal operation of graphic workshops or studios, as well as the possible subsidies from which you could benefit. - Apply search and organization techniques for documentary sources related to calls, contests, and possible public and private subsidies from which Workshops or Graphic Work Studies may benefit. - Apply techniques for organizing workshops or graphic studies, optimizing resources and infrastructure depending on the type of graphic work to be carried out and maintaining the best working conditions for the development of the activity. - Analyze the update and maintenance needs of a workshop or graphic studio, taking into account the available resources and the applicable safety regulations. - Evaluate the economic viability of projects for the creation of the artistic studio or workshop, taking into account the market situation in relation to the type of graphic work to be developed. - Propose dissemination and advertising actions for a workshop or graphic study, assessing the most appropriate areas and analyzing the results they may have. - Analyze the documentation related to contracts and execution orders, applying current legislation on intellectual property rights.
He develops his professional activity in publishing companies, illustration and design studios, advertising agencies, production or audiovisual media agencies, art departments in press and popular media, and video game production companies. In general, he works on his own account, as an independent professional or in a business association, although he can also be employed, in small, medium or large-sized companies or workshops.
This training conforms to the training itinerary of the Training Module MF2229_3 Organization and Management of a Workshop or Graphic Studio, certifying that you have passed the different Units of Competence included in it, and is aimed at the accreditation of the professional Competencies acquired through work experience and non-formal training, through which you will be eligible to obtain the corresponding Certificate of Professionalism, through the respective calls published by the different Autonomous Communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the organization of the Vocational Training System and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional skills acquired through work experience or non-formal training).
