Objectives

- Know the scope of application of the different Special Social Security Regimes, with their corresponding peculiarities in their application. - Study the Protective Action applicable to each Special Regime taking into account the peculiarities established in its regulation with respect to the General Regime. - Distinguish the applicable legislation regarding contributions to each Special Regime with its applicable peculiarities on the LGSS and the Workers' Statute. - Identify the minimum contents that the employment contract must reflect, taking into account the different Special Security Regimes. - Know the different forms of termination of the employment contract and compensation with the peculiarities applicable to each Special Regime. - Distinguish the legislation and competent jurisdiction applicable in each Special Regime in cases of conflict.
