- Apply the UNE normalized correction signs in the preparation and correction of texts. - Prepare a style book based on given editorial products. - Apply text composition rules in relation to the content and style of different editorial works. - Correct text originals and printed proofs of layout documents, from a syntactic and typographical point of view, taking into account the indications on the style of the document. - Verify indexes, page numbering, chapters, epigraphs, bibliographic references and other aspects of editorial works by checking printed proofs.
He develops his professional activity in publishing houses of printed products: books, magazines and fascicles. Digital edition publishers, university publication services. Communication offices, advertising agencies, literary agencies, in general companies in which written text for public dissemination is edited. You can also carry out your functions in communication, information and copyright departments. In medium or large companies, public and private. The activity is carried out on one's own account or on behalf of others.
This training is adjusted to the training itinerary of the Training Unit UF1902 Text Correction, certifying that you have passed the different Units of Competence included in it, and is aimed at the accreditation of the professional Competencies acquired through work experience and non-formal training, a route through which you will opt to obtain the corresponding Certificate of Professionalism, through the respective calls published by the different Autonomous Communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself.
