- Know the anatomy and physiology of our body involved in physical activity. - Know the basic physical capabilities for training and the factors that influence their development. - Understand the psychomotor learning process in order to achieve its development. - Plan the training session to organize the student improvement process. - Know the basic regulations of different sports. - Analyze the basic movements of the musculoskeletal system from a biomechanical point of view and their implication for the execution of physical exercises. - Deduce the psychosociological factors that can affect relational dynamics and user service. - Apply supervision and maintenance techniques of the facilities and material resources characteristic of the SEPs, to ensure their adequacy and safety in the development of the different training activities. - Direct collective Fitness activities with musical support applying the most appropriate methodological strategies. - Evaluate collective Fitness Programs with musical support, both in their different stages (cycles) and in their complete development, in relation to the quality of the service and the degree of satisfaction of users/clients due to the evolution of their physical and technical condition.
