The overall objective of the Master is for the student to be able to develop an adequate CSR strategy in the company, leading and coordinating transversal practices, so that the company can advance in its responsibility and have a positive impact on it. This global objective is achieved through the following partial objectives: - Understand the context of CSR and its application to the company, leading the CSR strategy. - Plan the CSR strategy and management and thus achieve systematic objectives. - Know the relationship between Governance and CSR to align their principles. - Consider and organize actions related to the social dimension of CSR, seeking to advance the performance of human rights, find new market niches and evolve the market towards sustainability. - Reflect on the environmental actions developed or to be developed in the company for their integration into the sustainability strategy. - Communicate the impact of the activity responsibly and in an organized manner to highlight good practices
