MF0190_2 Course: Textile material tincture

In the field of textile, preparation and skin, it is necessary to know the different fields of bleaching and tincture of textile subjects, within the professional area Ennoblement of textile and skins subjects. Thus, this course is intended to provide the necessary knowledge to perform the tincture of textile subjects.

- Describe the technical and application fundamentals of the dyes used in the textile industry. - Describe the criteria of coloring criteria according to their characteristics and the fiber to dye. - Analyze the technical tincture chips of textile subjects. - Describe the machinery, auxiliary and control equipment necessary to perform the tinctures of textile materials. - Describe the procedures that can be used to perform dyeing treatments, in relation to the media, their functions and parameters to be controlled. - Prepare and perform the tincture operation of textile subjects by the exhaustion system applying the general security criteria. - Prepare and perform the tincture of textile subjects in semicontinua or continuous facilities by the impregnation system by applying the general security criteria. - Perform the first level preventive and corrective maintenance of the equipment and instruments used in the tincture processes of textile materials. - Check the concordance between dyed textile materials and the type samples to be imitated in the tincture processes of textile subjects comparing with reference samples. - Establish the quality criteria of the dyeing treatments of textile subjects. - Analyze safety and prevention measures established in the tincture operations of textile materials.

It develops its activity in large, medium and small businesses, whose activity is aimed at textile ennoblement.

This training is adjusted to the training itinerary of the MF0190_2 Training Module of textile subjects, certifying having overcome the different competition units included, and is aimed at the accreditation of the professional competences acquired through the work experience and non -formal training, via which you will choose to obtain the corresponding certificate of professionalism, through the respective calls Publishing the different autonomous communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the management of the professional training system and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional competences acquired by work experience or non -formal training).

This course is aimed at the professionals of the world of textile, preparation and skin, specifically in bleaching and tincture of textile subjects, within the professional area Ennoblement of textile and skins subjects, and to all those people interested in acquiring knowledge related to the tincture of textile subjects.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
