1. Identification of the parts

These Conditions have been approved by Educa Edtech Group and, therefore, in compliance with article 10 of Law 34/2002, of July 11, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (hereinafter, “LSSICE"), any reference to "Center”, it must be understood as carried out by the entity with which you have contracted your training action. These entities are included in the clause 17 of these Conditions

The Student is identified through the data provided in the order or registration form, and is responsible for their veracity, updating and accuracy.

The Student declares that he/she is over EIGHTEEN (18) years of age, has the legal capacity to enter into contracts, and acts in his/her own name as a natural person or on behalf of a legal entity. In this second case, the Student expressly declares to have sufficient power for said representation.

The Center may not respond to order requests or cancel the Student's accounts when the data provided is inaccurate, false or incomplete. The Center may not respond to order requests or cancel the Student's accounts when the data provided is inaccurate, false or incomplete.

2. Object

This contract regulates the terms and conditions applicable to the contracting by the Student of the training services of the Center through enrollment in the training action selected by the Student from among those offered on the Website.

These conditions are formulated and governed in accordance with Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the Revised Text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users (hereinafter, “TRLGDCU”); Law 7/1998, of April 13, on General Contracting Conditions; the LSSICE; the EU General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council, of April 27, 2016, relating to the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and the free circulation of these data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (hereinafter, “GDPR") and Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5, on the Protection of Personal Data and Guarantee of Digital Rights (hereinafter, "LOPDGDD”).

3. Description of products and services

3.1. Different types of training programs are offered on the Website (“Courses”; “Experts”, “Masters”, among others) taught both in the “at a distance", like "online” (hereinafter, “thes programs” or “the training action").

3.2. The programs taught in the “at a distance"are those in which the Student is given the teaching materials (normally, books, workbooks, paper evaluation tests) to facilitate their study, as well as the development of the enrolled training action, and must send to the Center by postal mail the evaluation tests that have been established in each case. In the modality "online"The teaching materials will be available in digital format, through an online platform from which the Student will be able to pursue their studies and advance in it, carrying out each of the practical activities available and where they will carry out the proposed evaluation tests.

3.3. The Student will have a tutoring service provided by Center professors whose activity will focus on resolving their academic doubts; guide them in the study; correct their practical exercises or other types of evaluation tests, as well as provide them with complementary study material that they deem appropriate during the period of carrying out the training action. The means established by the Center to communicate with teachers will be mainly the virtual campus; the telephone; email and the rest of the channels available for this purpose. If a training action does not include the tutoring service described above, this will be expressly indicated in the information sheet of the training action available on the Center's Website.

The following information is included in the individual file for each training action:

  • Delivery modality;
  • Price;
  • Possibility of Physical materials;
  • Delivery deadlines;
  • Study plan and,
  • Other characteristics or aspects to be taken into account by the student.

3.4. At the end of the training action, and if the corresponding evaluation tests are passed, the Student will obtain a degree issued by the Center. Some of our training actions have the support or collaboration of third parties (Universities, Business Schools, etc.) and, therefore, it is possible that additional requirements may be required to obtain them, such as the number of accesses to the content; compliance with a number of study hours; pass different evaluations with a specific qualification, etc. In any case, both the information on the Website for each training action, and the information provided by the Center's teachers, will be provided at all times to the Student, as well as the existence of possible specific deadlines for carrying out the training actions.

3.5. Teachers are the only ones responsible and competent when evaluating the pass or failure of the different tests and projects proposed by the Student. In no case will payment for the training action entail the mandatory issuance and subsequent sending of the relevant qualification, as this is subject to compliance with all the requirements previously communicated by the teachers.

Within the framework of our training actions, it is imperative to guarantee the academic integrity and authenticity of the projects presented by our students. For this purpose, training actions have an anti-plagiarism policy aimed at safeguarding intellectual honesty and promoting an ethical educational environment.

This policy implies that all activities and projects presented by the Student may be subject to exhaustive verification measures to guarantee their originality. These measures may include, but are not limited to, the use of advanced plagiarism detection tools; review of manuals by experts; comparison with relevant reference sources, among other tools established by the Center. The results obtained by the aforementioned control will be communicated to the Student. In the event of a plagiarism percentage equal to or greater than 25.00%, it will result in failure of the submitted Project.

3.6. The Projects or Final Works required to pass certain training actions are not subject to a maximum correction period by the teachers and, therefore, taking into account their skills and level of dedication and excellence in their work, they enjoy total independence and freedom at an academic and professional level, being able to dedicate the necessary and indispensable time that allows them to guarantee originality, coherence and any other attributes that a Project of such magnitude must have.

3.7. The Center will inform the Student of the maximum period available to complete the training action in which he/she has enrolled.

Once the corresponding period has ended, the Student will have a free extension (the teaching staff will inform the Student whether or not they have a free extension) starting from the scheduled end date. Once this period has elapsed without having passed the requirements communicated by the Center staff, the training action will be considered concluded without the Student having the right to demand the issuance of the corresponding qualification, maintaining the Student's access to the online campus in strict consultation mode, without the possibility of making progress or sending tutorials.

Likewise, it will be a prerequisite and essential for the completion of the training actions taken, as well as for the issuance and sending of your qualification, to have passed the minimum training period, this being ONE (1) day for every EIGHT (8) hours of duration of the training action taken.

The approximate period for issuing the corresponding title is between FOUR (4) and SIX (6) months from the date of formal completion. This period is established in order to carry out a meticulous issuance process, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of the document. Those official qualifications issued by Educational Institutions are subject to specific issuance deadlines that must be consulted by the Student at the Center.

3.8. The Student accepts that the aforementioned period may be increased due to exceptional circumstances or force majeure. If the Student requires additional information or has questions about the status of the application, they are encouraged to contact the Student Services department.

Notwithstanding the above, the Student will have a maximum period of time to complete the training action in which he/she has enrolled. After this period has elapsed without having completed the final evaluation tests, the training action will be concluded without issuance of a qualification. In this case, the Student may request an extension at the cost of their registration for an additional period of the same duration as that initially established for the training action, with the possibility of carrying out the evaluations and accessing the accreditation title.

The costs inherent to the expansion of enrollment are the following:

Training Action

Expansion Cost

Courses/Experts/Higher Courses/Postgraduate

85,00€

Master

495,00€

If the cost of a registration formalized by a student is less than €85.00 or €495.00, as established in the previous table, the cost for the extension of the registered training action will coincide with the amount initially paid by the student for registration.

*The Training Actions taken through the Continuous Training for workers and companies, NO include additional free extension. Once the maximum period set by the Center has ended without having passed the requirements inherent to such training programs, the Student may extend the period of their training action by paying the academic fee communicated by the Center.

3.9. The Center reserves the right to cancel the student's registration, without having the right to obtain a refund and/or cancel pending fees, in the event of making obscene comments; disrespect the teachers or the Center's human team; violate the intellectual property of the contents of the Center, as well as any other cases that could damage the image of the Center.

3.10. Policy for Issuance of Duplicates of Degrees and other academic certificates

Once the Student has satisfactorily completed all the academic requirements set by the Center and those indicated by the teachers, he/she may request the issuance of the corresponding academic documentation.

This documentation will include the personal information contained in the identity document with which the Student has identified himself/herself at the Center, without the possibility of making adaptations or modifications to this data.

The apostilles, certifications or other operations requested by the Student on the degrees or other academic documents are subject to special deadlines set by third parties outside the Center and, therefore, will be previously communicated to the Student by the Center staff. In no case can the Center be responsible if the deadlines initially communicated to the Student are exceeded.

For further clarification, the fee policy that the Student must assume for the request and issuance of academic documents is attached:

4. Purchase process

The contracting of a training action will be carried out by the Student in the following way:

  1. Any user can access the information and prices of each training action available on the Website.
  2. Before making a purchase or order, the user can ask any questions about it for free using the chat service, the information form, contacting by phone or through the email listed in the section “Contact” of the Website, previously accepting our Privacy Policy.
  3. If you have decided to formalize your registration directly from the Website, the Student must complete the fields marked “mandatory" of the corresponding form. You must select the payment method and enter the required data according to the chosen method, as well as check the box, if desired, to split the payment. For more information, the Student should consult the section "Payment Methods” of these conditions.
  4. In order to formalize the purchase process, the Student must check the “I accept the General Registration Conditions" that link to this text. By checking this box, the Student expressly declares to have read and understood all the stipulations of the contract, accepting them without reservation. The contract will be formalized at the time of receipt of the application by the Center.
  5. At the end of the process, the Center will send acknowledgment of receipt by email or other equivalent means of electronic communication. A training technician from the Center will contact the Student by telephone and, if this is not possible, will contact by email, in order to confirm all the personal data for registration, the payment method and the sending of materials if applicable.

Throughout the purchasing process, the Student may resolve any questions through the contact information listed on our Website. The use of these channels to process the order will not entail any additional cost for the Student.

  1. Once enrolled, the Student will access an intranet called “MYLXP” where you can consult the list of registered training actions and where you can consult the general conditions accepted by the Student with the objective that these are always available for review.
  2. If the registered training action was taken with charge to the training credit provided by the employing entity of the Student, that is, through the “Continuous Training for workers and companies”, this must be taken through the virtual campus of the European Institute of Business Studies, S.A.U. regardless of the entity belonging to Educa Edtech Group with whom the chosen training action was contracted.

5. Shipping

If the training action includes teaching materials in physical format, they will be sent, using a courier company available in the recipient's area, within a period of 24 to 48 hours from the confirmation of the data in accordance with the section "Purchase Process” of these conditions.

The price of the products DOES NOT include VAT, transportation and home delivery. The rate outside the peninsular territory (Balearic Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and the Canary Islands) will not apply to the previous one, and the conditions for shipping materials must be consulted in advance.

Shipments will be made to the address provided by the Student in the registration process. The Student will be responsible for the accuracy of the data for the delivery address. The delivery time that the Student chooses (mornings or afternoons) will be indicative, and it cannot be guaranteed that it will be carried out in the chosen option, although the Center will offer the Student an alternative in case it is not possible to deliver it under the requested conditions.

In the event of any delay in the delivery of shipments, the Student must contact the Center as soon as possible so that it can offer a solution to the incident. To notify this type of incident, the Student must use any of the contact forms included in these conditions.

The materials that can be included in the registered training action (teaching manuals, briefcases, backpacks, pens, tablets, etc.) will have the cost indicated on the registered training action sheet.

6. Withdrawal

In accordance with article 102 TRLGDCU, the Student may exercise his/her RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL within a period of FOURTEEN (14) calendar days from the date of receipt of the teaching materials for training actions in “at a distance” or from the date of receipt of the access credentials to the virtual campus in the “online”. The exercise of the right of withdrawal will not be subject to any formality, it being sufficient for the Student to communicate his/her will to the Center within the period indicated above, indicating his/her name, full address and, if available, his/her telephone number and email address; by sending the withdrawal form available on the website or requesting it directly from the Center and subsequently sending it by email to the Center indicated in clause 17 of these general conditions; or, proceeding to return the teaching materials received, indicating in the shipment your unequivocal declaration of withdrawal and identifying the invoice number or personal data used in registration.

When teaching materials have been delivered, the Student must return them in perfect conditions, with the STUDENT being responsible for the return costs, as well as any damage to said materials, as established in art. 108 of the TRLGDCU. The return must be made in the same condition in which they were received, which implies that the teaching materials must be returned in conditions that do not indicate improper use or beyond the mere verification of their good condition and functioning.

Once the right of withdrawal has been exercised by the Student, the amounts paid by the Student will be refunded within a maximum period of FOURTEEN (14) calendar days, canceling the Student's registration and access to the tutoring service and the virtual campus. Notwithstanding the above, in the case of training actions given in the “at a distance", the Center may withhold the reimbursement of the amounts until it has received the teaching materials to be returned by the Student.

If the Student has completed the training action in its entirety, having submitted the evaluation tests to obtain the qualification on a date equal to or prior to the date of their communication to exercise their right to withdrawal, such right will not be applicable in accordance with art. 103, a) TRLGDCU.

7. Complementary services

The Center makes available to the Student as an additional service to the registered training action, a national internship pool (Spain; consult with the Center for other countries) to improve the student's academic training, aimed at facilitating their job placement and the acquisition or updating of professional skills. Such services will be subject to specific conditions that the Student must accept prior to their performance. In no case will the Student be subject to payments or other obligations for services other than those that are the subject of these conditions without their express and prior consent.

The deadline for applying for internships is THREE (3) months from the communication of completion for the training programs.Courses” or equivalent in duration and number of hours; and SIX (6) months in the case of training programs “Master” or equivalent in duration and number of hours. In the case of the “Master”, the Internship Department will have ONE (1) year to carry out the company search process.

For internships in training programs “Courses", the Center will not carry out any activity related to the search for external internships (but it will carry out the documentary management inherent to the internships) and, therefore, it will be the exclusive responsibility of the student. The search period and start of the internships must coincide with the period of THREE (3) months set for the internship application.

The completion of this type of internship may be limited due to the personal or professional situation of the Student, specifically, by the conditions required by the entities that host the students; or due to temporal or geographical availability. Notwithstanding the above, the Center will make every effort to find an alternative.

This service is complementary and, in no case, can it be understood that the entire training catalog of the Center directly includes this option for the Student. Therefore, the Center staff will be in charge of informing the Student about this option.

In any case, for the Student to be able to request the Center for the service referred to in this clause, the Center must have paid at least 60.00% of the total tuition price and have exceeded 60.00% of the progress in the training action taken.

7.1. Internship rejection policy

The Student may reject a maximum of TWO (2) companies where they can carry out their internships.

The following will not be valid reasons to reject the internship:

  • Failure to obtain financial aid;
  • The impossibility of joining the company where you will carry out the internship and,
  • Any other situations that are not due to cases of force majeure.

8. Economic Conditions

The price of each training action is shown in the individual file accessible on the Website without the need to provide data, register or register in advance. This price includes all applicable taxes and shipping costs, being the total amount payable by the Student. When this is offered in each training action, the total price may be divided if the Student requests it when selecting the "payment method”, a window appears with the terms in which it could be divided, depending on the total amount and the payment method.

The fractionation will not mean, unless otherwise indicated, the assumption of interest or additional costs for the Student.

The payment in installments will give you the option to choose the one that best suits you from our available payment options. As a subscriber to the Center, you will be charged once a month on the day you subscribe, until the selected installments are met.

Once the FOURTEEN (14) days provided for the exercise of the right of withdrawal have elapsed, both the Student and whoever undertakes to pay, that is, if such condition falls on a third person, both are jointly and severally obliged to pay the entire amount of the contracted training action.

If the Student fails to pay a fee, the Center is entitled to claim the entire debt, both overdue and pending. Likewise, the fee that may arise will include any banking or management expenses that may arise from non-compliance with the payment obligation, these expenses being borne by the obligated persons.

The mere fact of not paying the registration fee or any of the installments agreed with the Center or the financial entities chosen during the registration process, according to the deadlines established for each payment method, may result in the temporary suspension of the student's access to the educational content and, if applicable, the cancellation of the registration and the effects it may have produced, without the right to a refund.

The Student is obliged, upon accepting these Conditions, to pay the full price of his/her registration regardless of whether he/she has decided to abandon the training action during the teaching periods.

8.1. Supported payment methods

Below is a list of payment methods available on each of the Websites:

  • Cash on delivery (method available for Spain): You can pay your purchases directly to the carrier when you receive the order.
  • Card: You can pay the total amount of your purchase by paying with your card, using the payment gateway. For the payment to be accepted by the system, it is essential to have the option to make online payments enabled on the credit card.
  • Paypal: You can pay for your purchases through the secure payment gateway Paypal that is directly integrated into our website.
  • Bank transfer: Choosing this payment option, you must pay the corresponding amount by bank transfer to one of our accounts (you must indicate your identification number in the account to be able to correctly identify the operation).

The deposit of checks or similar will not be accepted in any of our bank accounts.

  • Payment can be made through the financial institutions available in the payment gateway, once the training action has been chosen and registration has been confirmed by the Student.
  • There are other payment platforms available such as Flywire, Dlocal, Adyen, Ebanx, Stripe.
  • Bizum.

The payment methods listed here will only be available for certain training actions.

8.2. FINANCIAL

The Center has signed agreements with highly prestigious financial entities, both nationally and internationally, to offer its students the best financing options for their tuition.

If the student chooses to pay for the training action contracted with the Center through any of the financial entities available on its website as 'means of payment', the issuance of the degree will, in any case, be subject to the student's full payment of the fees agreed with the chosen financial entity.

The user accepts that all their personal data will be fully transferred to Aplazame, Sequra or the financial institution offered on the website from the moment the user has started contracting the deferred payment service offered by the latter at the time of choosing the payment method. This acceptance extends to third parties that have to access the files for the successful completion of the contract.

8.3. Payment methods

To proceed with the payment, the student must follow each and every one of the instructions shown during the hiring process described above.

All means of payment arranged by the Center are subject to verification and authorization by the entities issuing the means of payment (card issuers and/or payment account issuers), but if said entity does not authorize the payment, the purchase procedure initiated cannot be continued, the purchase and/or order being automatically cancelled, and the contracting of the requested service being understood as not having been carried out.

The charge for the price of the services, shipping costs - if applicable - as well as any applicable taxes will only be made at the time of formalizing the contract, unless the Center communicates otherwise.

To carry out electronic payment, the Center has installed an electronic commerce payment gateway provided by financial entities authorized for this purpose. All data provided to the Center is duly encrypted to guarantee maximum security and confidentiality, staying on a secure server certified according to the protocol "Secure Socket Layer" (SSL).

In no case will the Center store the card data provided by the student through the payment gateway, and will only be kept while the purchase is made, the payment is made and until the withdrawal period has elapsed, in order to be able to return the corresponding financial amounts.

The financing conditions will correspond to those agreed upon by the student with the financial entities chosen on their part, during the registration process and signing of the financing contract.

8.4. Default in Payment

In the event of default by the party obliged to pay, in accordance with these Conditions and, this section being applicable to deferred payments, the party obliged to pay will be responsible not only for the payment of the principal amount owed, but also for the applicable late payment interest.

If after notification of non-payment by the Center, a satisfactory response is not obtained from the party obliged to pay, the amount owed will be required to be paid within a maximum period of SEVEN (07) calendar DAYS. If this deadline is not met, the following actions may be initiated:

  • The adoption of appropriate legal measures to collect the debt.
  • The billing of the expenses derived from the management of the collection, which must be assumed entirely by the person obliged to pay, in accordance with current legislation.

Likewise, the party obliged to pay will have the possibility of contacting the accounting department to explore reconciliation options and avoid the accumulation of interest and additional costs.

The Center requires, as a condition precedent to making a new registration or issuing degrees or certificates, to satisfy the outstanding amounts corresponding to any previously registered training program, as well as late payment interest or banking and management expenses that may arise.

9. Intellectual and Industrial Property

All elements of the Website, the platform and the training actions are the exclusive property of the Center or it has authorization or license with respect to the owners of its exploitation rights. In turn, all trade names, trademarks or distinctive signs, logos, symbols, mixed, figurative or nominative marks that appear on this Website belong to the Center or it has, with prior authorization, the right to use them and are protected by current legislation in this regard.

When contracting a training action, the Student receives a license to use the contents thereof, on a limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable basis, so it will not be extended to third-party users, nor to any other companies or companies with which the Student maintains or may maintain any shareholding or commercial relationship. The Student may not under any circumstances, unless he/she has the express written consent of the Center:

  • Provide or reveal your username and password to third parties;
  • Allow third parties access to the contents of the contracted course;
  • Distribute, communicate, reproduce or copy the content of the course, on any medium or medium.

Failure to comply with the provisions of this clause will be cause for early and automatic termination of the contract, without the need for prior notice, all without prejudice to the responsibilities of the Student regarding violations of intellectual and industrial property rights owned by the Center or third parties.

Any use or service not expressly authorized in these Conditions must be requested by the Student to the Center, so that it can study a possible extension of the license or contracting of new services, under the conditions agreed upon by the parties.

The Student may under no circumstances hide, harm or obscure the visibility of the brands, logos, company name and other industrial and/or intellectual property rights of the Center on the platform or the educational contents. The intellectual and industrial property rights will subsist in the platform and in all its contents, and the Student must respect them, and cannot, therefore, and by way of example, delete or hide them.

Any infringement of the intellectual and industrial property rights inherent to the Center, as well as with respect to its participating and collaborating entities, entitles it to cancel and/or cancel the orders or registrations that have been formalized by the offending natural or legal persons.

10. Other educational centers

Entities that want to contract training actions from this website to offer or distribute them to their own Students, whether they are companies or individuals, must previously request express authorization from the Center to be able to include them in their catalogue, which must always offer clear and unequivocal information regarding the role that the Center represents as a teaching entity, limiting said entities to presenting themselves as offering or consulting companies.

Under no circumstances may they include in their catalogs the training actions of the Center that are approved, accredited or taught jointly with other educational institutions, especially university degrees.

Once authorization has been obtained, these centers must publish the training actions at a price higher than that established for them on the Center's website.

11. Language

These conditions are formalized in the Spanish language. The Center may translate these conditions, as well as the privacy policy, or any other operating rule, policy or procedure that may be published on the Website. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Spanish language version will prevail in the event of a conflict.

12. Data protection

In accordance with the provisions of the RGPD and LOPDGDD, we inform you that your data will be incorporated into the Center's processing system in order to respond to your queries and execute the contract to which the interested party is a party. In compliance with current regulations, the Center informs that the data will be kept for the period strictly necessary to comply with the precepts mentioned above.

The Center informs that it will proceed to process the data in a lawful, loyal, transparent, adequate, relevant, limited, exact and updated manner. In this sense, the Center undertakes to adopt all reasonable measures so that these are deleted or rectified without delay when they are inaccurate.

In accordance with the rights conferred on you by current data protection regulations, you may exercise the rights of access, rectification, limitation of processing, deletion, portability and opposition to the processing of your personal data by directing your request to the postal address indicated above or to the email address lopd@educaedtech.com

The processing of your personal data is legitimized, once you have given consent, in accordance with article 6.1 letter a) of the General Data Protection Regulation. We inform you that you may revoke the consent given to receive commercial communications at any time by sending an e-mail to the email address: lopd@educaedtech.com

You may contact the competent Control Authority to present the claim you consider appropriate.

13. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These conditions are governed by Spanish legislation. For the resolution of any controversy or question regarding the Website or these legal conditions, they will be resolved before the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Granada (Spain). In the event that the Student has the status of Consumer or User in accordance with the definitions of the TRLGDCU, the resolution of such possible disputes will be resolved before the Courts and Tribunals of the Student's domicile.

In the event that any of the stipulations contained in this contract are declared null or void, in whole or in part, by any court or competent authority, the remaining stipulations will remain valid, unless the parties by mutual agreement decide to terminate the agreement. The agreements, clauses and conditions that make up this document constitute the formal and definitive expression of the declaration of will of the parties, and must be interpreted by each other, attributing to the doubtful ones the meaning derived from all of them.

The Student also has an online dispute resolution system managed by the European Commission through the following link:

https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/main/index.cfm?event=main.home.show&lng=ES

In terms of what is established in the TRLGDCU, indicate that:

Consumers and users have the possibility of demanding that the Center formalize a contract;
The teachings taught, unless otherwise indicated, are not included within the scope of official regulated training (Early Childhood Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Vocational Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master's Degree and Doctorate). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at the acquisition of certain competencies, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, which can be assessed as merit in job boards and/or competitive examinations, always within the section of Complementary Training and/or Continuous Training. It is always essential to review the specific grading requirements of the specific public job boards to which we wish to apply.
In this sense, the Center will not be responsible for the validity or scale of the training programs taken in the different opposition or competition processes.”.

The Center has Complaint and Claim Forms, which are available to users who request them. To do this, you can send it to the email address indicated on the virtual campus or on your Website.

14. Legal guarantees regarding the supply of digital content or services

  • In the event of any lack of conformity at the time of supply of digital content or services, whether it is an instantaneous or continuous supply, the Student will be liable for any lack of conformity that appears. during the duration of the delivery of the registered training program starting from the date of delivery of the access codes to the virtual campus.
  • By means of a simple declaration, the consumer may demand that the Center correct any lack of conformity, reduce the price or terminate the contract.
  • It will be presumed that the lack of conformity that manifests during the duration of the training program delivery already existed when the digital content or service was provided.

Compliance must comply with the following rules:

  • They will be free for the Student.
  • They must be carried out within a reasonable period of time and without major inconveniences for the consumer, taking into account the circumstances.

The Student may demand a reduction in the price or termination of the contract.

  • The price reduction will be proportional to the difference between the value of the compliant digital content or service and that provided by the Center.
