Samenvatting
Obtain with this formation your federative license -Spanish Fitness Federation (FEF) -. The course seeks to know the different yoga application techniques for therapeutic purposes and different issues for teaching and instruction to other students. Student's awareness will also be taken into account in learning the activity of therapeutic yoga and its application to reality. In order to successfully carry out the course, the importance of the mind and body in this type of activities must be taken. The Spanish Fitness Federation accredits only the contents referring to physical activity, any mention to technical-tactical aspects is outside its competences and accreditation.

The course prepares you to be able to instruct and teach the different yoga techniques for therapeutic purposes, in addition to awareness of the importance of each of the body elements for the achievement of physical and mental well -being, as well as to learn and apply the techniques of relaxation and exercise during a yoga class. The student receives a therapeutic, preventive and mental preparation.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.

Certification
Professional degree issued by Euroinnova International Online Education and accredited by the Spanish Fitness Federation (FEF) which will be able to access as federated receiving the corresponding professional card in Yoga Instructor, in addition to the end of the training, the student will become part of the Spanish Registry of Exercise professionals (Esreps) that collects the professionals of the year, establishing a quality standard and a professional registration and effective of customers users of fitness facilities by qualified professionals.
