In the field of the world of food industries, it is necessary to know the different fields in obtaining olive oils, within the professional area of oils and fats. Thus, this course aims to provide the necessary knowledge for the transfer and storage of olive oils.

- Identify and characterize the transfer pumps, oil tanks, utensils and cleaning products for the final storage of olive oils in the winery. - Determine the conditions that a winery and tanks must have to guarantee the optimal conservation and final storage of olive oils. - Carry out the transfer, filtration and packaging operations in a sequence, checking the conformation of the batches. - Develop appropriate analysis methods to verify the results of samples taken during and after the filling process. - Develop the initial oil tasting to proceed with its classification and verify that it meets the product specifications.
You will carry out your activity in the olive oil industry, both in small, medium or large companies and Cooperative Societies, with advanced or traditional technology. In small industries, you may have some responsibility in directing production. In large companies, this technician will join a work team with other people of the same level of qualification where he will carry out individual or group tasks.
This training conforms to the training itinerary of the Training Module MF0030_2 Transfer and Storage of Olive Oils, certifying having passed the different Units of Competence included in it, and is aimed at the accreditation of the Professional Competencies acquired through work experience and non-formal training, through which you will be eligible to obtain the corresponding Certificate of Professionalism, through the respective calls published by the different Communities. Autonomous, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the organization of the Vocational Training System and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional skills acquired through work experience or non-formal training).
