Objectives

- Identify the requirements and carry out first-level maintenance operations on the packaging and packaging machines and equipment for seed oils and fats. - Characterize the materials and the different containers and packaging for the labeling, conditioning and identification of seed oils and other edible fats, following the instructions in the procedure manuals. - Operate, with appropriate skill, the machines and equipment of the packaging and packaging lines, following work instructions. - Control that the complementary operations in the packaging and packaging lines are executed in a coordinated and punctual manner in order to achieve a final product in accordance with the established specifications. - Evaluate the compliance of edible oils and fats, during the packaging and packaging processes and at the end of them. - Apply the necessary protective measures to guarantee personal safety and hygiene concerning the packaging and packaging lines for oils and fats.
