This is achieved by preparing sketches, selecting and adapting color, images and typographic fonts, creating graphic elements, models and final artwork, using computer tools, making budgets based on the characteristics of the project and verifying the quality of the finished product. With this course the recipient will be able to acquire knowledge and skills that will be useful to prepare and verify final artwork for distribution, thus achieving the expected quality of the graphic product.

Objectives

- Analyze printing tests of a given design, controlling its correct reproduction. - Prepare the final art and prototype of a given graphic product, attaching the instructions, files and materials necessary for its correct reproduction. - Create the prototype following different methods for a supposed graphic project. - Adapt a given final art, preparing it for distribution in "off-line" and "on-line" digital format. - Adapt final art for correct e-book output, following the formats supported by the support. - Control the quality of a graphic product, checking and verifying its correspondence with the data of a supposed registration report. - Control the quality and usability of a multimedia or e-book project based on specific needs established by the client.

Career opportunities

He develops his professional activity in graphic design departments in large, medium and small graphic arts companies, publishing houses and communication companies. Likewise, in graphic design studios and in the press, whether periodic or non-periodic. The activity is carried out both on its own account and on behalf of others.

What it prepares you for

This training conforms to the training itinerary of the Training Module MF0699_3 Preparation of final arts, certifying having passed the different Units of Competence included in it, and is aimed at the accreditation of the Professional Competencies acquired through work experience and non-formal training, a route through which you will opt to obtain the corresponding Certificate of Professionalism, through the respective calls published by the different Autonomous Communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the organization of the Vocational Training System and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional skills acquired through work experience or non-formal training).

This course is aimed in general at graphic arts companies, publishing houses and communication companies, specifically within the professional area of graphic and multimedia design, and at all those people interested in acquiring knowledge related to the preparation of final arts.
