- Obtain and interpret the main ideas of all types of oral information, in a foreign language, from the social field and financial services, issued in person or through any means or communication medium without excessive noise or distortions. - Interpret, with a certain autonomy, different types of information and documents in the field of financial services, long and complex, in a foreign language in its different media, obtaining global and specific information, or summarizing the most relevant points. - Express oneself orally, in a foreign language, with clarity and detail in situations in the social field and financial services, according to the appropriate rules of courtesy, arguing and highlighting certain information issued and, demonstrating fluency and spontaneity in the use of language. - Write and/or complete documents or forms, in a foreign language, clear and detailed, related to activities in the field of financial services, in all types of support, using the appropriate technical language, and applying formal, lexical, spelling and syntactic correctness criteria. - Interact orally, exchanging complex information in a foreign language, with one or more interlocutors, effectively and with a certain fluency, advising and persuading in different typical situations in the field of financial services and ensuring the understanding and transmission of information.
