- Use an anatomical vocabulary, basic to describe any function and movement of the human body, - Differentiate the characteristics and structures of the main bones, muscles and joints, as well as those involved in sports movements - Learn the functions of the different systems and apparatus of the human body and explain its physiology indicating its responses and adaptations with the practice of physical exercise - Know a wide catalog of activities, games, and tasks focused on psychomotor skills and motor development. - Learn the basic principles of training in order to understand the general training structures of fitness.
As for the professional opportunities offered by the Course, it is aimed at educators, trainers, teachers and education specialists, as well as in the area of Sports Psychology and professionals or students in the area of Sports, highlighting physical training personnel, instructors in sports centers or centers specialized in fitness.
This course prepares you to be able to apply certain intervention techniques in psychomotor disorders, as well as expand notions about the bases of motor development and movement. It also provides you with a series of practical resources, exercises and games to carry out in this area applied to sports. In addition, it introduces you to the world of psychosomatic and developmental disorders to learn about the complexity of possible future interventions.
