To carry out the activities related to baking and pastries adequately, it is of utmost importance to conduct and carry out the operations of manufacturing bakery and pastries products, achieving the established production and quality objectives, respecting at all times the current technical-sanitary, environmental and occupational safety and hygiene regulations. Therefore, this course seeks to provide the necessary knowledge to carry out and/or direct the operations of making bakery and pastry doughs, specifically the production of bakery products.
