Objectives

- Analyze the set of activities to produce a fabric in a circular piece, on large diameter circular machines. - Select the raw material, according to the technical sheet and prepare the large diameter circular machine for weaving. - Program large diameter circular machines, according to design and established technical sheet. - Make knitted fabrics on large diameter circular machines, checking the process and parameters of the tubular fabric. - Complete and finish the pieces in order to give it the final presentation look.

This technician carries out his activity in large, medium and small companies, especially as employees, dedicated to the production of knitted fabrics by collection.

What it prepares you for

This training is in accordance with the training itinerary of the Training Unit UF2836 Circular Piece Knitting Production, certifying having passed the different Competence Units included in it, and is aimed at the accreditation of the professional Competencies acquired through work experience and non-formal training, through which you will be eligible to obtain the corresponding Certificate of Professionalism, through the respective calls published by the different Communities. Autonomous, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the organization of the Vocational Training System and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional skills acquired through work experience or non-formal training).

This course is aimed at professionals in the world of textiles, clothing and leather, specifically in weft or gathered knitting, within the professional area of thread and fabric production, and to all those people interested in acquiring knowledge related to the production of circular piece knitting.
