Objectives

- Know the area of cardiopulmonary resuscitation and the application of first aid if necessary. - Identify emergency situations and know the protocol to follow in each case. - Put Basic Life Support techniques into practice in the event of an accident, activating emergency services appropriately. - Practice CPR and use the Automatic Defibrillator when circumstances warrant it. - Provide students with the necessary knowledge to carry out basic first aid actions. - Recognize risk and emergency situations and adopt the most appropriate prevention and protection measures in each case.

This course trains people without health knowledge to effectively practice first aid in the most frequent accidents, as well as to carry out Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation following the instructions of the American Heart Association and the European Resuscitation Council published in 2010.
