Summary
Being agile is having the ability to anticipate and respond to market changes, generating value to create a competitive advantage. Flexibility, simplicity, adaptability and speed, are part of the agile principles and practices that make up the new management model in organizations to increase productivity, efficiency and satisfaction of equipment. With this course in HR Agile you will know the foundations of agility and its application to human resources. You will learn the culture, principles, values, methodologies, tools and work environments of agility with application to human resources policies and their transfer to business. As well as the characteristics of self -managed agile teams.

At the end of the course in HR Agile you will be perfectly capable of knowing the foundations of the main agile methodologies and how to apply them to the Human Resources Department. You will understand how agile teams work and you will know some tools that can help us to become a team with these characteristics. And finally, you will learn how to turn any human resources process into agile working with Scrum and Kanban.
