The overall objective of the Master is for the student to be able to develop an adequate Quality, Environment and Health and Safety strategy in the company, leading and coordinating teams in a transversal manner, so that the company manages to advance in meeting requirements, customer satisfaction, environmental management and the safety and health of workers and has a positive impact on its results. - In addition, it provides the knowledge and skills to obtain external certification of the management systems that will allow companies to: participate in more competitions, re-contract with former clients, improve efficiency (thus being more competitive) and guarantee the sustainability of the project and the work - This global objective is achieved through the following partial objectives: - Understand the Quality, Environment and Health and Safety context and its application to the company by leading the improvement strategy. - Implement, maintain and certify Quality, Environment and Health and Safety management in the company and thus achieve systematic compliance with the set objectives - Develop and apply quality, environmental and health and safety plans in the company's activities to control, ensure and improve. - Integrate management systems to optimize processes and resources. - Understand the requirements of the tools for evaluating the sustainability of buildings and infrastructure and know how to respond to them to achieve the best results in client certification processes. - Know the relationship and contribution of quality, the environment and health and safety to corporate social responsibility to serve as support and align strategies.
This Master's career opportunities include roles as Quality, Environment and Health and Safety Managers and Directors in construction companies, developers, engineering and architectural firms. It also allows us to guarantee the competencies of other management positions, who are going to assume or have assumed functions in these matters, such as Operations Directors, Technical Directors, Corporate Directors, Sustainability Directors, Human Resources Directors and Organization Managers.
