- Apply in the dairy industry the specific standards of hygiene and safety at work, as well as food security in the dairy industry and control compliance. - Receive dairy raw materials controlling their quality. - Store and conserve raw materials in response to the requirements of the products. - Conduct the previous treatments of milk, controlling its quality. - Conduct normalization operations, ensuring the quality and standardization of the product. - Manage the flow of the reception process and the previous treatments of the milk, according to the established program, making possible the continuity of the production process. - Check the cleaning and maintenance of use or first level of the facilities to ensure the microbiological quality of the products.
It develops its activity in the dairy industry, both small and medium -sized industries, with very different levels both in its technology and its organization.
This formation adjusts to the training itinerary of the MF0027_2 Reception, storage and prior treatments of the milk certifying having overcome the different competition units included, and is aimed at the accreditation of the professional competences acquired through the work experience and of the non -formal training, via which will opt for obtaining the corresponding certificate of professionalism, through the respective calls They are publishing the different autonomous communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the management of the professional training system and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional competences acquired by work experience or non -formal training).
