- Apply basic communication techniques in different care and treatment situations based on different elements, barriers, difficulties and alterations. - Adopt attitudes and behaviors that provide effective, quality customer service in simple basic service situations at the point of sale. - Apply basic care techniques in different situations of information demand and customer requests. - Adopt assertive behavior guidelines, adapting them to situations of customer complaints and/or requests at the point of sale or home delivery.
They carry out their functions in commercial establishments: stores, supermarkets and hypermarkets, on behalf of others, or on their own in the case of local delivery, following the instructions received and under the direct supervision of a person in charge of the establishment or commercial delivery.
This training is in accordance with the training itinerary of the Training Module MF1329_1 Basic Customer Service, certifying that you have passed the different Units of Competence included in it, and is aimed at the accreditation of the Professional Competencies acquired through work experience and non-formal training, through which you will be eligible to obtain the corresponding Certificate of Professionalism, through the respective calls published by the different Autonomous Communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself. (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the organization of the Vocational Training System and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional skills acquired through work experience or non-formal training).
