Summary
The training action in Global Postural Re-Education responds to the growing demand for solutions for pain and discomfort. The importance of proper posture and its influence on general health are increasingly recognized. In this training action, you will discover how the body organizes and disorganizes, learning to interpret the plans of the RPG method as a tool to understand the body globally. You will learn about the muscle chains and the role of the nervous system in postural tone. You will learn to detect imbalances, analyze them and design strategies to reorganize your posture. You will work on body reading and adapted interventions. Proprioceptive reprogramming and somatic education allow the body to be accompanied in its adjustment and encourage active participation.
