The legal framework of the European Union establishes clear rules regarding the importance of preventing, eliminating and reducing the level of risks to human health throughout the food chain, including processes, products and activities related to the handling and production of food. Food safety has as its objectives the evaluation, management and communication of food risks that will subsequently be consumed by humans in addition to promoting adequate training in matters related to health promotion and education. To achieve this, there are certain actions carried out in the phases of the food chain whose objective is none other than to protect the health of the citizen population. Thanks to this Master, The student will be able to develop an adequate rational evaluation of all the problems caused in the world of food security.
