When dealing with customers, whether to close a sale or to achieve their loyalty in the medium and long term, the relationship between the customer and the seller is of great relevance, since thanks to a good relationship between both, it can lead to an optimal situation, which allows the objectives of both parties to be achieved. This is especially crucial if we take into account that we currently live in a consumer society in which each of the added values offered to us before, during and after a purchasing process is valued. To achieve this understanding, not only dealing with the client is essential, but also knowledge of the economic sector. In the specific case of the photovoltaic solar energy sector, we need to know technical aspects related to this type of energy itself, the regulations that regulate these installations, the possible subsidies that the client can benefit from, the procedures to be carried out to carry out the project, etc. Through this course on photovoltaic panels, students are offered higher training both in the commercial field and in customer service as well as in solar energy, focusing on photovoltaic systems and delving into several of their aspects such as the use of the sun, the characteristics of photovoltaic cells, their legislation, applications, occupational risks and environmental impact.
