- Offer an approach to the main concepts of dietetics and nutrition, applied to the diet of people who carry out some type of sporting activity at a greater or lesser level. - Present the nutritional aspects of proteins, lipids, carbohydrates, minerals and vitamins. - Know the specific nutritional needs of people who practice sports. - Provide the necessary knowledge to develop an appropriate eating plan for people who carry out any sporting activity, whether on a professional level or simply or as a measure to stay in shape. - Thoroughly analyze the fundamental principle in water rescue: prevention. - Know the various methodologies that have been followed throughout history for teaching aquatic activities. - Know what the main functions and characteristics of the aquatic activities entertainer are. - Identify the users, classification and characteristics that make up the aquatic activity programs. - Analyze the diversity of aquatic activity programs aimed at different population groups. - Develop a process of adaptation to the specific situation of each individual. - Discover the benefits of safely practicing aquatic activities.
