What it prepares you for

This Core Training + Sports Trainer Course (Double Degree + 5 ECTS Credits) will provide the student with the necessary knowledge to develop the functions of a sports trainer in the development of the training phases, specializing in core training. This Course is Accredited by the with 5 European University Credits (ECTS).

The Core Training + Sports Trainer Course (Double Degree + 5 ECTS Credits) is aimed at all those professionals in the field of sports and physical activity who want to expand their training or who are interested in specializing in teaching a series of specific exercises such as Core Training, being able to carry out the work of a sports trainer and monitor.

Double Qualification: - Core Training Course Qualification issued by EDUSPORT and Accredited by the SPANISH FITNESS FEDERATION (FEF) to which you will be able to access as a Federated Member receiving a Core Training qualification with a Core Training card. Furthermore, once the training is completed, the student will become part of the Spanish Registry of Exercise Professionals (ESREPs) that includes the professionals of the exercise, establishing a QUALITY STANDARD and a PROFESSIONAL REGISTER to guarantee safe and effective advice to clients who use fitness facilities by QUALIFIED PROFESSIONALS. - University Degree in Sports Coaching with 5 ECTS University Credits. Course counted as merits for competitive examinations for access to the public teaching function in all CCs. AA., according to R.D. 276/2007 of February 23 (BOE 2/3/2007). This is carried out within the permanent training plan for teachers of the Antonio de Nebrija University.
