Objectives

What it prepares you for

This course provides you with the necessary training to work as a Ciclo-Indoor instructor, obtaining the theoretical training to know and satisfactorily supervise the basic needs of students, while providing you with the practical knowledge necessary to plan, design and implement a Ciclo-Indoor session. Likewise, the student will obtain the Qualification of Trainer of Trainers that qualifies him/her pedagogically to be a teacher of Courses taught by Training Centers and Academies, Unions, Business Confederations, Business Schools, etc. (Professional Training Courses for Employment FPE, Continuing Training on Offer, Program Contracts, Continuing Training on Demand, Subsidized Training, Avanza Plan, etc.)

Aimed at all aerobics instructors, bodybuilding instructors, gym teachers, fitness personnel, massage therapists, etc. interested in learning this technique. In general, it is also aimed at health professionals and people who wish to expand their knowledge in a field with high labor demand.

Double Qualification: - Qualification issued by EDUSPORT, a center specialized in sports training and Accredited by the SPANISH FITNESS FEDERATION (FEF) to which you will be able to access as a Federated Member receiving the corresponding Professional Card in Indoor Cycle Instructor, in addition once the training is completed, the student will become part of the Spanish Registry of Exercise Professionals (ESREPs) that includes exercise professionals, establishing a STANDARD OF QUALITY and a PROFESSIONAL REGISTRATION to guarantee safe and effective advice to clients who use fitness facilities by QUALIFIED PROFESSIONALS. The Spanish Fitness Federation only accredits content related to physical activity; any mention of technical-tactical aspects is outside its powers and accreditation. - University Qualification of Trainer of Trainers from the ANTONIO DE NEBRIJA UNIVERSITY with 5 ECTS University Credits. Course counted as merits for competitive examinations for access to the public teaching function in all CCs. AA., according to R.D. 276/2007 of February 23 (BOE 2/3/2007). This is carried out within the permanent training plan for teachers of the Antonio de Nebrija University.
