Properly interpret food labels containing allergens. - Learn how we should face the European Regulation 1169/2011. - Know the risks and obligations faced by companies in the sector that do not comply with such regulations. - Identify the main agents causing allergological emergencies. - Know the diagnostic tests used in allergological emergencies. - Define the most important allergic diseases - Identify the main drugs used in allergological emergencies. Develop in the students those necessary competences to exercise the functions of technician in prevention of basic occupational risk. - Acquire knowledge that allows students to identify, avoid, correct and prevent specific problems that can endanger the health and integrity of workers. - Know the laws and norms in terms of occupational risk prevention based on the Occupational Risk Prevention Law. - Analyze the different action plans, prevention and first aid techniques that favor or help overcome different risk situations. - Make known the basic concepts and minimum demands of the Occupational Risk Prevention Law in the field of Health.
