The needs for new infrastructure, adaptation of existing infrastructure to new technologies and population needs, and rehabilitation and maintenance of the existing stock are enormous and growing. Additionally, the needs for social spending are growing and absorb a good part of the public sector budget each year, which, together with citizen resistance to higher taxes, puts downward pressure on the amount available to undertake the necessary investments in the field of infrastructure. Given this situation, public-private collaboration becomes essential as an enabling element for the provision of infrastructure, both in developing and developed countries. Objectives

1. The fundamental objective of this training program, with a high dose of practical experience, is for students to acquire the necessary skills to develop professionally appropriately in the different phases of a PPP project, both before signing the contract and once it has been awarded, paying special attention to financing. 2. In the same way, as a fundamental part of the learning, the student will learn about the latest best practices on the market in the PPP environment from the teaching staff made up of professional experts of the highest national and international reference, who have led, and lead, the most important projects in this field worldwide.

With our online learning methodology, the student begins his journey through a virtual campus designed exclusively to develop the training itinerary with the aim of improving his professional profile. The student must advance autonomously throughout the different teaching units as well as carry out the corresponding activities and self-assessments.
The load of hours of the training action includes the different activities that the student carries out throughout their itinerary. The hours of telelearning carried out on the Virtual Campus are complemented by the student's autonomous work, communication with the teacher, complementary activities and readings, and the research and creation work associated with the projects.
To obtain the degree, the student must pass all self-assessments and exams and view at least 75% of the contents of the platform. The Final Project is carried out after finishing the theoretical-practical content on Campus. Finally, it is necessary to notify the completion of the Master from the platform to begin the issuance of the degree.
