- Develop the necessary skills to address the strategic direction of SMEs. - Know the elements that make up a business plan and the dynamics of its design and development. - Offer the bases to carry out the company's administrative processes, specifically: Payroll and Social Security, Accounting and billing, Tax obligations. - Develop the skills and abilities necessary to carry out an analysis of the company's situation from a critical perspective. - Provide training to be able to assume the daily work necessary in the processes of point 1, in order to develop it with the greatest possible professionalism. - Integrate these management tasks into business planning and decision making, through a global vision and correct use of information about the situation of the company with respect to the different areas in which the professional intervenes. - Know the sources of labor law. - Acquire knowledge about worker representation. - Know the different contracting modalities. - Analyze, mediate and resolve conflicts. - Provide basic knowledge related to the concept of quality as well as the Implementation of a Quality Management System according to the International Standard UNE-EN-ISO 9001:2015. - Deepen and apply theoretical knowledge to the Implementation of the Quality Management System in the educational center. - Provide the necessary tools and strategies to resolve problems that may arise from quality management.
