- Analyze the operation of CNC machines (single-spindle and multi-spindle) and their auxiliary equipment used for the production of parts by bar turning, relating it to the elements that compose them. - Carry out preparation and fine-tuning operations for CNC, single-spindle and multi-spindle machines, adjusting parameters, using the necessary equipment and means and based on documentation and technical specifications. - Carry out preparation and fine-tuning operations for CNC machines or electrical or electronic control of second operations, adjusting parameters, using the necessary equipment and means and based on documentation and technical specifications.
He develops his professional activity in the areas of planning and production of large, medium or small companies, public and private, both self-employed and employed, dedicated to the manufacture of machined parts by turning, and may be in charge of lower level personnel.
This training is in accordance with the training itinerary of the Training Unit UF2003 Preparation of CNC Turning Machines, belonging to the Training Module MF2161_3 Preparation of Machines for Turning Machining, certifying having passed the different Competence Units included in it, and is aimed at the accreditation of the Professional Skills acquired through work experience and non-formal training, the route through which you will opt for the obtaining the corresponding Certificate of Professionalism, through the respective calls published by the different Autonomous Communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the organization of the Vocational Training System and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional skills acquired through work experience or non-formal training).
