Registration conditions

The present purchase conditions, together with the website of the order that is sent by accepting them, constitute a binding contract between the center and the user (hereinafter, "The student”) That is enrolled in any of the training actions offered by the center.

1. Identification of the parties 

These conditions have been approved by Educa Edtech Group and, therefore, in compliance with article 10 of Law 34/2002, of July 11, on Services of the Information Society and Electronic Commerce (hereinafter, ""LSSICE"), Any reference to"Center”, Must be understood as made to the entity with which it has hired its training action. The student is identified through the data provided in the order or registration form, being responsible for the veracity, update and accuracy of them. 

The student states to be older than eighteen (18) years, to have legal capacity to enter into contracts, and act in their own name as a natural person or on behalf of a legal person. In this second case, the student expressly declares sufficient power for such representation.

2. Object 

This contract regulates the terms and conditions applicable to the hiring by the student's training services through its registration in the training action selected by the student between those offered on the website. 

These conditions are formulated and are governed according to Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users (hereinafter, ""TRLGDCU”); Law 7/1998, of April 13, on general conditions of contracting; the LSSICE; the General Data Protection Regulation of the EU 2016/679 of the European Parliament and the Council, of April 27, 2016, regarding the protection of natural persons in regards to the processing of personal data and the free movement of these data and by which the Directive 95/46 Data protection) (hereinafter, "RGPD”) And Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5, on the protection of personal data and guarantee of digital rights (hereinafter,“ “LOPDGDD”). 

3. DESCRIPTION OF PRODUCTS AND SERVICES 

3.1. Different typologies of training programs are offered on the website ("Courses”; “Experts”, “Masters”, Among others) taught both in the modality“at the distance", as "on-line"(Hereinafter," los programs" either "Formative action").  

3.2. The programs taught in the modality "at the distance"They are those in which the student/or the didactic materials (normally, books, exercise notebooks, paper evaluation tests) are delivered to facilitate their study, as well as the development of the enrolled formative action, and must send to the Postal Center the evaluation tests that in each case have been set. In the modality"on-line”Didactic materials will be available in digital format, through an online platform from which the student can pursue their studies and advance in it, carrying out each of the available practical activities and where it will carry out the evaluation tests raised. 

3.3. The student will have a tutoring service provided by teachers of the center whose activity will focus on solving their academic doubts; guide them in the study; Correct their practical exercises or other typologies of evaluation tests, as well as provide complementary study material that they estimate timely during the period of realization of the formative action. The media set by the center to communicate with teachers will be mainly the virtual campus; the phone; email and the rest of the channels arranged for that purpose. If a training action does not include the tutorial service described above, this will be expressly indicated in the information sheet of the training action available on the website of the center. 

The following information consists of each formative file: 

  • Imparting modality; 
  • Price; 
  • Possibility of physical materials; 
  • Telling deadlines; 
  • Curriculum and, 
  • Other characteristics or aspects to be taken into account by the student. 

3.4. At the end of the formative action, and if the corresponding evaluation tests are exceeded, the student will obtain a title issued by the center. Some of our training actions have the support or collaboration of third entities (universities, business schools, etc.) and, therefore, additional requirements may be required for obtaining such as, for example, number of access to the content; compliance with a number of study hours; overcome different evaluations with a specific rating, etc. In any case, both in the website information for each training action, and in the information provided by the center's teachers, the student will be provided at all times, as well as the existence of possible specific deadlines for the realization of the training actions. 

3.5. The teachers are the only ones responsible and competent when evaluating the approved or suspense of the different tests and projects raised by the student. In no case, the payment of the training action will entail the mandatory expedition and subsequent sending of the relevant degree, since this is subject to compliance with all the requirements previously communicated by the teachers. 

Within the framework of our training actions, it is imperative to guarantee the academic integrity and authenticity of the projects presented by our students. With this purpose, training actions have an antiplary policy aimed at safeguarding intellectual honesty and promoting an ethical educational environment. 

This policy implies that all activities and projects presented by the student may be subject to exhaustive verification measures to guarantee their originality. These measures may include but are not limited to, the use of advanced plagiating detection tools; Review of manuals by experts; comparison with relevant reference sources, among other tools established by the center. The results obtained by the aforementioned control will be communicated to the student. In the event of resulting in a percentage of plagiarism equal to or greater than 25.00%, it will result in the suspense of the project delivered. 

3.6. The projects or final works required for overcoming certain training actions, are not subject to a maximum correction period by teachers and, therefore, taking into account their competences and level of dedication and excellence in their work, they enjoy total independence and freedom at the academic and professional level, being able to dedicate the necessary and indispensable time that allows them to guarantee the originality, coherence and any other attributes that a project must meet. 

3.7. The Center will communicate to the student/or the maximum term available to the end of the formative action in which it has been enrolled. 

Once the corresponding term is finished, the student will have a free extension (the teaching staff will inform the student/or about whether or not they have a free extension) from the date of completion provided. After this period has elapsed without exceeding the requirements communicated by the center staff, the training action will be terminated without the student/or will have the right to demand the issuance of the corresponding degree, maintaining the access of the student/or the online campus in a strict consultation mode, without the possibility of making progress or sending tutorials. 

In the same way, it will be a previous and indispensable requirement for the completion of the training actions taken, as well as for the issuance and sending of its degree, having exceeded the minimum formation period, this being of one (1) day for every eight (8) hours of the duration of the formative action taken. 

The approximate term for the issuance of the corresponding title is between four (4) and six (6) months from the formal end date. This period is established in order to carry out a meticulous expedition process, ensuring the precision and integrity of the document. Those official degrees issued by educational institutions are subject to specific expedition terms that must be consulted by the student. 

3.8. The student/or accepts that the aforementioned term may be increased by exceptional circumstances or force majeure. In the event that the student/or requires additional information or has questions about the status of the application, it is urged to contact the Department of Attention to the Student. 

Notwithstanding the foregoing, the student will have a maximum term for the end of the formative action in which he has enrolled. After this term without having performed the final evaluation tests, the training action will be terminated without titration issuance. In this case, the student may request an extension with a cost of their registration for an additional period of the same duration as that initially established for the formative action, with the possibility of carrying out the evaluations and accessing the accrediting title.

If the cost of a registration formalized by a student was less than € 85.00 or € 495.00, as established in the previous table, the cost for the extension of the enrolled formative action will coincide with the amount initially paid by it for its enrollment. 

*The training actions taken through the Continuous training for workers and companies, NO They include free additional extension. Once the maximum period set by the center is finished without having exceeded the requirements inherent to such training programs, the student may extend the term of their training action by paying the academic rate communicated by the center. 

3.9. The center reserves the right to cancel the registration of the student, without having the right to obtain the reimbursement and/or annul the pending quotas, in the event in making obscene comments; Missing respect for teachers or the human team of the center; violate the intellectual property of the contents of the center, as well as any other assumptions that could damage the image of the center. 

3.10. Expedition policy of duplicates of degrees and other academic certificates 

Once the student has satisfactorily exceeded all the academic requirements set by the center and those indicated by the teachers, you may request the issuance of the corresponding academic documentation. 

This documentation will include the personal information recorded in the identity document with which the student has identified in the center, without the possibility of carrying out adaptations or modifications on these data. 

The apostillas, compuls or other operations requested by the student on the degrees or other academic documents are subjected to special terms set by third parties outside the center and, therefore, will be previously communicated to the student/or by the center staff. In no case, the center can be responsible for overcoming the deadlines initially communicated to the student.

4. Purchase process 

The hiring of a formative action will be carried out by the student of the following way: 

  1. Any user can access the information and prices of each training action available on the website.
  2. Before making a purchase or order, the user may ask any questions about free using the chat service, the information form, contacting by phone or through the email collected in the section "Contact”Of the website, previously accepting our privacy policy.
  3. If you have decided to formalize your registration directly from the website, the student must complete the fields marked as "mandatory"Of the corresponding form. The payment method must be selected and enter the data required according to the chosen manner, as well as mark the box, if you wish, for the subdivision of the payment. For more information, the student/or must consult the section"Payment methods”Of these conditions.
  4. In order to formalize the purchase process, the student must mark the box of "I accept the general registration conditions"That they link to this text. When marking said box, the student expressly declares to have read and understood all the stipulations of the contract, accepting them without reservations. The contract will be formalized at the time of receiving the application by the center.
  5. At the end of the process, the center will send acknowledgment of email or other equivalent electronic communication means. A training technician will contact the student/or by phone and, if possible, will contact by email, in order to confirm all personal data for registration, payment method and sending materials if applicable.

Throughout the purchase process, the student can solve any questions through the contact data listed on our website. The use of these channels for the processing of the order will not involve any additional cost for the student. 

  1. Once enrolled, the student will access an intranet called "Mylxp"Where you can consult the relationship of enrolled training actions and where you can consult the general conditions accepted by the student/or with the objective that they always have available for review.
  2. If the enrolled formative action were studied with the training credit provided by the employer's entity of the student, that is, through the "Continuous training for workers and companies”, This must be taken through the virtual campus of the INSTITUTO EUROPEAN DE ESTUDIOS EMPRESARIALES, S.A.U. regardless of the entity belonging to Educa Edtech Group with which the chosen formative action has been hired. 


5. Shipping 

If the formative action includes didactic materials in physical format, it will proceed to send, by meansPurchase process”Of these conditions. 

The price of products does not include VAT, transport and delivery at home. The rate outside the peninsular territory (Balearic Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and the Canary Islands) will not be applicable to the previous one, the material sending conditions must be previously consulted. 

The shipments will be made to the address provided by the student in the registration process. The student will be responsible for the accuracy of the data for the delivery address. The delivery schedule that the student/or chooses (mornings or afternoons) will be orientation, not being able to guarantee that it is carried out in the chosen option, although the center will offer the student/or an alternative in case it was not possible to deliver it under the requested conditions. 

Faced with any delay in delivery of shipments, the student must contact the center as soon as possible so that he can offer a solution to the incidence. To notify this type of incidents, the student must use any of the forms of contact collected in these conditions. 

The materials that may be included in the enrolled formative action (didactic manuals, briefcases, backpacks, pens, tablets, etc.) will have the cost indicated in the formative action sheet enrolled. 

6. District 

In accordance with article 102 TRLGDCU, the student may exercise their right of withdrawal within a period of fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt of teaching materials for training actions in modality "at the distance"Or from the date of receipt of the credentials of access to the virtual campus in the modality"on-line”The exercise of the right of withdrawal will not be subject to any formality, being sufficient that the student/or communicates to the center its will within the period indicated above, indicating their name, complete address and, if they have them, their telephone number and their email address; by sending the withdrawal form available on the web or requesting it directly to the center to, subsequently, send it by email to the email to the email to the center indicated in the center present general conditions; 

When teaching materials had been delivered, the student must return them in perfect condition, being in charge of the student's student, as well as the damage of said materials, as established in art. 108 of the TRLGDCU. The return must be done in the same state in which they were received, which implies that the didactic materials must be returned in conditions that do not indicate improper use or beyond the mere verification of the good condition and operation of them. 

Once the right of withdrawal for the student is exercised, the amounts paid by it will be reimbursed within the maximum period of fourteen (14) calendar days, canceling the enrollment and access of the student/to the tutoring service and the virtual campus. Notwithstanding the foregoing, in the case of training actions taught in the modality "at the distance”, The center can retain the reimbursement of the amounts until the teaching materials to be returned by the student. 

If the student had carried out in its integrity the formative action, having sent the evaluation tests to obtain the degree to date or prior to that of their communication to exercise their right to withdrawal, such right will not be applicable in accordance with art. 103, a) TRLGDCU. 

7. Complementary services 

The center makes available to the student as an additional service to the enrolled training action, a national practices bag (Spain; to consult with the center for other countries) to improve its academic training, aimed at facilitating its labor insertion and the acquisition or update of professional competences. Such services will be subject to specific conditions that the student must previously accept its realization. In no case, the student will be subject to payments or other obligations for services other than those that are subject to these conditions without their express and prior consent. 

The deadline for the application for practices is three (3) months from the completion communication for training programs "Courses"Or equivalents in duration and number of hours; and six (6) months in case of training programs"Master"Or equivalents in duration and number of hours. In the case of"Master”, The Practices Department will have one (1) year to carry out the business search process. 

For practices in training programs "Courses”, The Center will not carry out any activity regarding the search for external practices (but will carry out the document management inherent in the practices) and, therefore, it will be an exclusive responsibility of the student. The search and start term of the practices must coincide with the period of three (3) months set for the application of the practices. 

The realization of this type of practices can be limited due to the personal or professional situation of the student, specifically, due to the conditions required by the entities that welcome the students; or by temporary or geographical availability. However, the above, the center will make the greatest efforts to find an alternative. 

This service is complementary and, in no case, it can be understood that the entire training catalog of the center directly include this option for the student. Therefore, it will be the staff of the center in charge of informing the student on this option. 

In any case, so that the student can request from the center the service referred to in this clause, it must have paid at least 60.00% of the total price of the enrollment and have exceeded 60.00% of the progress in the training action taken. 

7.1. Practice rejections policy 

The student may reject a maximum of two (2) companies to carry out their practices. 

They will not be valid reasons to reject practices: 

  • Not obtaining financial aid; 
  • The impossibility of joining labor in the company where it will carry out the practices and, 
  • Any other situations that are not due to assumptions of force majeure. 

8. Economic conditions 

The price of each training action is shown in the individual file accessible on the website without the need to provide data, register or register previously. This price includes all applicable taxes and shipping costs, being the total amount to be paid for the student. When it is offered in each training action, the total price may be subdued if the student requests it when selecting the "Payment method”, A window appears with the deadlines in which you could fraction, depending on the total amount and payment method. 

The subdivision will not be, unless otherwise indicated, the assumption of interests or additional costs for the student. 

The payment fractionation will give you the option to choose the one that suits you from our available payment options. As a subscriber of the center, you will be charged once a month on the day you subscribed, until you met the selected fees. 

Once the fourteenth (14) days provided for the exercise of the right of withdrawal, both the student and who is committed to payment, that is, if such a condition fell on a third person, both are jointly bound to pay the entire amount of the contracted formative action, are elapsed. 

With the breach of payment of a quota for the student, the center is empowered to claim all of the debt, both of the defeated and the slope. Likewise, the quota that could proceed will be included the banking or management expenses that could be derived from the breach of the payment obligation, running these expenses in charge of the obliged persons. 

The mere fact of not paying the registration or any of the subdivisions agreed with the center or the financial institutions chosen during the registration process, according to the maturities established for each payment method, may lead to the temporary suspension of the access of the student, to the didactic content and, if it proceeds, to the annulment of the registration and of the effects that it would have produced, without the right to reimbursement. 

The student is obliged to accept these conditions, to pay the total price of their registration regardless of having decided to abandon the formative action during the periods of delivery. 

8.1. Payment methods admitted 

Next, the list of payment methods available on each of the websites is included: 

  • Against refund (method available to Spain): You can pay your purchases directly to the carrier when you receive the order. 
  • Card: You can pay the total amount of your purchase by paying through your card, using the payment catwalk. In order for the payment to be accepted by the system, it is essential to have the option to make online payments enabled on the credit card. 
  • PayPal: You can pay your purchases through the PayPal Safe Payment Station that is directly integrated on our website. 
  • Bank transfer: choosing this payment option, you must pay the corresponding amount through a bank transfer to one of our accounts (you must indicate your identification number in the concept of the same to be able to correctly identify the operation). 

The entry of checks or similar in any of our bank accounts will not be accepted.

The related means of payment will only be available for certain training actions. 

8.2. Financial 

The center has signed agreements with great prestigious financial entities, both nationally and internationally, to offer their students the best financing options for their registrations. 

If the student chooses to pay the training action contracted with the center through any of the financial institutions available on their website as ‘means of payment’, the expedition of the title will be, in any case, subject to the total payment of the student of the quotas agreed with the chosen financial entity. 

The user accepts that all their personal data are entirely transferred to postponement, sequra or the financial entity offered the web from the moment the user has initiated the hiring of the postponed payment service offered by the latter at the time of choosing the payment method. This acceptance extends to third entities that had to access files for the good end of the contract. 

8.3. Payment methods 

To proceed to payment, the student must follow each and every one of the instructions that are shown during the hiring process described above. 

All means of payment arranged by the center are subject to checks and authorizations by the issuing entities of the means of payment (card emitters and/or issuing payment accounts), but if said entity does not authorize the payment, the payment procedure will not be authorized, the purchase procedure initiated, automatically canceled the purchase and/or order, and understood as not made the contracting of the service requested. 

The charge of the price of the services, of the shipping costs-in their case-, as well as any taxes that are applicable, will only be made at the time of formalizing the contracting, unless the center communicates otherwise. 

To carry out the electronic payment, the center has installed a payment catwalk of electronic commerce provided by financial entities enabled for it. All data provided to the center are duly encrypted to guarantee their maximum security and confidentiality, staying in a certified safe server according to the protocol "Secure Socket Layer"(SSL). 

In no case will the card data provided by the student/or through the payment gateway be stored by the center, and will only be kept while the purchase is made, the payment is made and the period of withdrawal is elapsed, in order to be able to return the corresponding economic amounts. 

The financing conditions will correspond to those agreed by the student/or with the financial institutions chosen for their part, during the registration and signing process of the financing contract. 

8.4. Failure to pay 

In case of non -compliance with the one obliged to pay, in accordance with these conditions and, being applicable to the postponed payments, the obligor to the payment will be responsible not only for the payment of the main amount owed, but also of the applicable delay interest. 

If after the non -payment notification by the center, a satisfactory response is not obtained by the one forced to the payment, it will be required that the amount owed be paid within a maximum period of seven (07) calendar days. In the event that this period is not fulfilled, the following actions can be initiated: 

  • The adoption of appropriate legal measures for debt collection. 
  • The billing of the expenses derived from the collection management, which must be assumed entirely by the one obliged to pay, in accordance with current legislation. 

Likewise, the one obliged to pay will have the possibility of contacting the accounting department to explore conciliation options and avoid the accumulation of additional interests and costs. 

The Center requires, as a previous condition to carry out a new registration or issue titles or certificates, satisfy the pending amounts corresponding to any previously enrolled training program, as well as the interests of delay or banking and management expenses that may proceed. 

9. Intellectual and industrial property 

All the elements of the website, the platform and the training actions are exclusive ownership of the center or provides for authorization or license with respect to the holders of their exploitation rights. In turn, all trade names, brands or distinctive signs, logos, symbols, mixed marks, figurative or nominative that appear on this website belong to the center or have, prior authorization, of the right of use on them and are protected by the legislation in force in this regard. 

When hiring a formative action, the student/or receives a license for use on the contents of the same, with a limited, not exclusive and non -transferable character, so it will not be extended to third users, as well as any other companies or societies with which the student/or maintains or can maintain any share or commercial relationship. The student may not under any circumstance, unless he has the express and written consent of the center: 

  • Facilitate or reveal to third parties your username and access password; 
  • Allow access to third parties to the contents of the contracted course; 
  • Distribute, communicate, reproduce or copy the content of the course, in any support or medium. 

Failure to comply with the provisions of this clause will be the cause of anticipated and automatic termination of the contract, without the need for notice, all without prejudice to the responsibilities of the student/regarding violations of intellectual and industrial property rights owned by the center or third parties. 

Any use or service not expressly authorized in these conditions, must be requested by the student, to study a possible extension of the license or contracting of new services, under the conditions that the parties agree. 

The student may not hide, harm or ensure the visibility of brands, logos, social denomination and other industrial and/or intellectual property rights of the center on the platform or didactic contents. The intellectual and industrial property rights will subsist on the platform and in all its contents, and the student must, and not being able, therefore, and by way of example, to erase or hide them. 

Any infraction on intellectual and industrial property rights inherent in the center, as well as with respect to their participated and collaborative entities, enable it to cancel and/or cancel orders or registrations that have been formalized by infringing natural or legal persons. 

10. Other teaching centers 

Entities that want to hire training actions of this website to offer or distribute them to their own students, whether companies or individuals, must previously request express authorization from the center to be able to include them in their catalog that, it must always offer clear and unequivocal information regarding the role that the center represents as a imparter entity, limited these entities to present themselves as bidders or consultants. 

In no case may they include in their catalogs the training actions of the center approved, accredited or taught jointly with other educational institutions, especially university degrees. 

Obtained authorization, these centers must publish the training actions at a price higher than the one established for it on the center's website. 

11. Language 

These conditions are formalized in the Castilian language. The center may translate these conditions, as well as the privacy policy, or any other operational norm, policy or procedure that can be published on the website. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Spanish language version will be the one that prevails in case of conflict. 

12. Data protection 

In accordance with the provisions of the GDPR and LOPDGDD, we inform you that your data will be incorporated into the center's treatment system in order to meet your consultations and execute the contract in which the interested party is part. In compliance with current regulations, the center reports that the data will be conserved during the period strictly necessary to comply with the precepts mentioned above. 

The center informs that it will proceed to treat the data lawful, loyal, transparent, adequate, relevant, limited, exact and updated. In this sense, the center undertakes to adopt all reasonable measures so that they are suppressed or rectified without delay when they are inaccurate.

The processing of your personal data is legitimized, once the consent has provided, in accordance with article 6.1 letter a) of the General Data Protection Regulation. It may be addressed to the competent control authority to file the claim that it deems timely. 

13. Applicable law and jurisdiction 

These conditions are governed by Spanish legislation. For the resolution of any controversy or issue with respect to the website or these legal conditions will be resolved before the courts and courts of the city of Granada (Spain). In the event that the student has the status of consumer or user in accordance with the definitions of the TRLGDCU, the resolution of such possible controversies will be resolved before the courts and courts of the domicile of the student. 

In the event that any of the stipulations included in this contract were declared void or without effect, in all or part, by any competent court or authority, the remaining stipulations will retain their validity, unless the parties of mutual agreement decide the termination of the agreement. The pacts, clauses and conditions that integrate this document constitute the formal and definitive expression of the declaration of will of the parties, and the others must be interpreted by attributing to the doubtful the meaning that derives from the whole of all.

In terms of the provisions of the TRLGDCU, indicate that: 

Consumers and users have the possibility of demanding from the center the formalization of a contract; 
The teachings taught, unless otherwise indicated, is not included within the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University and PhD master's degree). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market. 
In this sense, the center will not be responsible for the validity or scale of the training programs taken in the different opposition or contest processes”. 

The center has sheets of complaints and claims, which are available to users who request them. To do this, they can refer to the email address indicated on the virtual campus or on their website. 

14. Legal guarantees regarding content supply or digital services 

  • Given any lack of conformity at the time of supply of content or digital services, whether it is an instant or continuous supply, the student will respond to the faults of conformity that are manifestedduring the duration of the delivery of the enrolled training program from the date of delivery of the access keys to the virtual campus. 
  • Through a simple statement, the consumer may require the center to rectify the faults of conformity, the reduction of the price or the contract resolution. 
  • It will be presumed that the faults of conformity that are manifestedduring the duration of the training programThey already existed when the digital content or service was provided. 

The conformity must comply with the following rules: 

  • They will be free for the student. 
  • They must be carried out within a reasonable time and without major inconveniences for the consumer, attending to the circumstances. 

The student may require the reduction of the price or resolution of the contract. 

  • The price reduction will be proportional to the difference between the value of the content or digital service in accordance with the center. 
  • As for supply contracts for a period of time in exchange for a price, the reduction will apply to the period of time during which the digital content or services have not been satisfied. 
  • The resolution does not proceed when the lack of conformity is of little importance. 

The student can choose these options when the correction has not been possible due to the following causes: 

  • The correction is impossible or disproportionate. 
  • The center has not put the goods in accordance. 
  • When a new lack of conformity appears after the attempt of the center to put the contents or digital services in compliance. 
  • The lack of conformity is so serious that it justifies the resolution or price reduction. 

The center will be obliged to carry out the following actions: 

  • Will reimburse the consumer all the amounts paid according to the contract. 
  • It will comply with data protection regulations. 

For its part, the student: 

  • He will not use the contents or make them available to third parties. 
  • When the digital content has been supplied in a material support, the student/or user, at the request and at the expense of the center, will return the material support to the latter without undue delay. 
  • You may not claim any payment for any use of the content or digital services during the period prior to the resolution of the contract during which the digital content or services have been satisfied. 

15. Recording telephone conversations 

In accordance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (RGPD) and the Organic Law for the Protection of Personal Data and Guarantee of Digital Rights (LOPDGDD), we wish to inform you that telephone conversations with the center may be recorded, in terms of the provisions of art. 6.1. Letter f) RGPD. 

The recording of these conversations will be carried out exclusively in order to guarantee the quality of the service. These recordings may be used for quality control purposes, staff training, dispute resolution and fraud prevention. 

By participating in a telephone conversation with the center, you accept and aware that the call can be recorded for these legitimate purposes. However, be sure that any personal data collected during these recordings will be treated in accordance with our privacy policies and applicable data protection laws. 

Likewise, the center guarantees that, in terms of the provisions of the corresponding applicable regulations, risk analysis, impact evaluations and the adoption of necessary organizational and technical security measures have been carried out. 

Regarding the recording of telephone calls, these will be kept during the period of three (3) months from the date of your recording. After this period, the telephone recordings will be anonymized, suppressing the audio but retaining the transcripts of the conversations without maintaining data or other information that could identify users. 

16. Information published on other websites 

Users of the services or products offered by the center must exercise due care when accessing information on external web pages and taking the necessary precautions to verify the veracity of said information, and must be confirmed with the center. In no case, the center will be responsible for the damages or losses derived from the use or confidence in the information published on other websites.
