- Receive the product by completing and processing the necessary documents to guarantee its traceability. - Describe the functions linked to the organization of the fish market in terms of the marketing of the product received. - Verify the conservation conditions, freshness, sizes and documentation generated of the products received. - Establish the health and quality control conditions that the received product must meet.
He carries out his professional activity as an employee in public or private markets, large, medium and small, or in other establishments that receive, exhibit and/or first sell fishing products.
This training is in accordance with the training itinerary of the Training Unit UF0825 Verification of the Legal and Hygienic-Sanitary Conditions of Fishing Products, belonging to the Training Module MF0289_3 Control of Products in the Market, Cars and Vans, and Provision of the Service, certifying having passed the different Competence Units included in it, and is aimed at the accreditation of the Professional Competencies acquired through work experience and non-formal training, the route through which you will opt to obtain the corresponding Professional Certificate, through the respective calls published by the different Autonomous Communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the organization of the Vocational Training System and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional skills acquired through work experience or non-formal training).
