- Analyze claims based on the type of insurance, distinguishing their insurable nature and the causes of fraud, and identifying the legal obligations derived from them. - Apply the administrative management procedures for opening and processing claims files in the different types of insurance in insurance entities, identifying the channels for requesting information. - Apply procedures for establishing reserves or economic provisions in the event of incidents that require an appraisal and estimation of damages, identifying the costs of the incident. - Apply coordination procedures in those incidents that require appraisal and damage estimation, differentiating the professionals involved. - apply the procedures for the settlement and payment of claims using computerized means and in accordance with current legislation. - Apply the procedures for requesting information to clients, collaborators and professionals involved in the different phases of resolving an incident, differentiating the attention protocols according to the type of interlocutor.
