To carry out the activities related to baking and pastries adequately, it is of utmost importance to conduct and carry out the operations of manufacturing bakery and pastries products, achieving the established production and quality objectives, respecting at all times the current technical-sanitary, environmental and occupational safety and hygiene regulations. Therefore, this course seeks to provide the necessary knowledge to prepare and/or conduct the packaging and presentation of bakery and pastry products.
