- Apply preventive maintenance techniques to equipment and elements of home and building automation systems, based on established procedures. - Identify the key aspects of control applicable to a management and supervision process of the maintenance plan of a home automation or building automation system, based on quality plans and environmental protection conditions. - Apply techniques for locating and diagnosing dysfunctions and breakdowns in home and building automation systems, determining the causes that produce them and applying the required procedures in safe conditions. - Monitor and repair previously diagnosed malfunctions or breakdowns in home and building automation systems, using procedures, means and tools, under safe conditions and with the required quality.
He carries out his professional activity in small, medium and large companies, public and private, both self-employed and employed, in the areas of assembly and maintenance of electrical installations, being in charge of lower level personnel.
This training is in accordance with the training itinerary of the Training Unit UF2135 Supervision of the maintenance of home automation and building automation systems, certifying having passed the different Competence Units included in it, and is aimed at the accreditation of the professional Competencies acquired through work experience and non-formal training, through which you will opt to obtain the corresponding Certificate of Professionalism, through the respective calls published by the different Communities. Autonomous, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the organization of the Vocational Training System and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional skills acquired through work experience or non-formal training).
