UF0631 Course and Asset of Automated Teams and Lines

In the field of installation and maintenance, it is necessary to know the different fields of planning, management and realization of the maintenance and supervision of the assembly of machinery, industrial equipment and automated production lines, within the professional area machinery and industrial equipment. Thus, this course is intended to provide the necessary knowledge to supervise and maintain the maintenance of machinery, industrial equipment and automated lines.

- Apply maintenance techniques, which do not imply the replacement of elements, in machinery, industrial equipment and automated production lines, selecting adequate procedures and with the required safety. - Diagnose faults in the systems and equipment of the industrial facilities and automated production lines, locating and identifying the dysfunction and/or the nature of the breakdown, determining the causes that produce it, applying the appropriate procedures according to the system or equipment diagnosed and with the required security.

It develops its professional activity in companies dedicated to the installation and/or maintenance of machinery, industrial equipment and automated production lines, in the corresponding departments of the production companies themselves. This qualification is functionally located in the areas of installation and assembly in plant and definition, planning of the maintenance and repair of industrial facilities.

This formation is adjusted to the training itinerary of the Formative Unit UF0631 Location and analysis of breakdowns in automated equipment and lines, belonging to the MF1284_3 maintenance of machinery, industrial equipment and automated lines, certifying having overcome the different competition units included, and is aimed at the accreditation of professional competences acquired through the work experience and non -formal training. that will choose to obtain the corresponding certificate of professionalism, through the respective calls that are publishing the different autonomous communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the management of the professional training system and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional competences acquired by work experience or non -formal training).

This course is aimed at the professionals of the world of installation and maintenance, specifically in planning, management and realization of the maintenance and supervision of the assembly of machinery, industrial equipment and automated production lines, within the professional area machinery and industrial equipment, within the professional area machinery and industrial equipment, and to all those people interested in acquiring knowledge necessary to supervise and perform the maintenance of machinery, industrial equipment and automated lines.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
