Objectives

- Promote personal autonomy for the socio-occupational insertion of people with disabilities through skills training. - Promote social skills based on the user to achieve socio-labor insertion. - Train the work skills that the user needs to achieve job insertion and maintenance. - Support and stimulate communication with users using, if necessary, - Intervene in situations that may cause alterations in the behavior of the user who requires it to promote their adaptation in the work environment, under the supervision of the competent professional, if necessary.

Career opportunities

He develops his professional activity in the public and private sphere, in the area of social and/or community and employment services aimed at people with disabilities, in public sector organizations and institutions, non-profit organizations and in private companies, mainly of a local or regional nature, departments of employment, social services, departments of social welfare, education, local and regional development agencies, institutes and foundations in charge of the management of social services, whose purpose is the development of social intervention programs, occupational insertion or socio-labor and equal opportunities. He integrates into interdisciplinary social care teams, together with higher level professionals.

What it prepares you for

This training conforms to the training itinerary of Module MF1035_3 Training in Socio-Occupational Skills of People with Disabilities, certifying having passed the different Units of Competence included in it, and is aimed at the accreditation of the Professional Competencies acquired through work experience and non-formal training, through which you will opt to obtain the corresponding Certificate of Professionalism, through the respective calls published by the different Communities. Autonomous, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the organization of the Vocational Training System and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional skills acquired through work experience or non-formal training).
