- Interpret the technical documentation, regulations and standards related to electrical substations, specifying their composition, characteristics and operation, as well as the general phases of an assembly process. - Prepare supply plans for the assembly of electrical substations based on the selection and analysis of information extracted from the project, regulations and related standards. - Prepare assembly plans for electrical substations based on the project, regulations and related standards. - Describe and supervise the supply and assembly processes of electrical substations to ensure compliance with the objectives programmed in the assembly plan with the required quality and safety and within the established time, and in accordance with the applicable regulations. - Relevant aspects in the control of the layout and assembly of electrical substation structures, based on the technical documentation. - Supervision of the commissioning and operation of electrical substation installations based on technical documentation.

He carries out his professional activity, on his own or as an employee, in the areas or departments of production or maintenance of companies of any size, public and private, related to the generation, transportation and distribution of electrical energy, or that have high voltage installations, as well as in industrial companies that carry out assembly and maintenance work on electrical substations, functionally depending on a superior and may be in charge of lower-level personnel.
