- Develop the processes for making products made from doughs and pastas, applying the techniques inherent to each process. - Design and make decorations for products made from doughs and pastes and set up displays applying appropriate graphic and decoration techniques. - Carry out finishing and decoration operations on products made from doughs and pastes in accordance with their definition, state or, where applicable, type of service, to respond to optimal marketing.
He carries out his professional activity in both large, medium and small companies, mainly in the hospitality sector, although he can also work on his own in small establishments in the restaurant subsector. It also carries out its activity in the food trade sector in those establishments that produce and sell pastry and confectionery products.
This training conforms to the training itinerary of the Training Unit UF1096 Preparation and Presentation of Products made from Doughs and Pastas, certifying having passed the different Competence Units included in it, and is aimed at the accreditation of the professional Competencies acquired through work experience and non-formal training, through which you will opt to obtain the corresponding Certificate of Professionalism, through the respective calls published by the different Communities. Autonomous, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the organization of the Vocational Training System and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional skills acquired through work experience or non-formal training).
