Among the objectives of this online course we can highlight the following: - Know the anatomical and physiological bases of movement to apply them to characteristic bodybuilding and fitness exercises - Analyze the physiological responses to bodybuilding and fitness exercises - Carry out specific training and an appropriate diet, taking into account the different possible objectives. - Provide the student with general guidelines for the prevention and treatment of frequent injuries. - Offer basic knowledge of first aid in sports practice. - Know the basic regulations of different sports.
