For this reason, this course guides the acquisition of positive actions, non-sexist language, awareness of abuse and sexism, direct or indirect discrimination, etc. that must be taken into account and worked with in order to create a society based on non-discrimination and equality.

The course prepares you to know in detail the ambiguity of the concept of gender equality, the lines of action necessary to work for equality, the laws required for the process to be carried out under a legal framework and the development of an equality plan, where negotiation will be a means to work on the process.
