Objectives

- Study the Protective Action of the General Social Security Regime and the peculiarities established for each Special Regime in its established regulation. - Update existing knowledge with the continuous reforms recently produced within the Protective Action. - Distinguish the applicable legislation regarding contributions to each Special Regime with its applicable peculiarities on the LGSS and the Workers' Statute. - Within Permanent Disability, know the different degrees, requirements for obtaining and corresponding pensions. - Know the different forms of termination of the employment contract and compensation with the peculiarities applicable to each Special Regime. - Identify the possible bonuses and reductions applicable to the bases, taking into account each Special Regime and its legislation.
