- Know the fundamental aspects of tourism and tourist entertainment. - Provide basic knowledge that allows them to intervene in work related to the planning of tourist destinations. - Know the aspects related to the historical-artistic and cultural heritage. - Create and manage combined trips. - Analyze aspects related to the sale of accommodation, transportation and combined trips. - Schedule and operate excursions and transfers. - Select, store and process information of interest about the local environment to publicize its tourism potential, adapting to the requirements and needs of clients and the objectives of the center or destination planning. - Schedule and control the activities of a tourist information center to adapt them to the characteristics of the local environment and customer demands and achieve the planned objectives. - Organize the necessary resources to carry out the provision of services of the tourist information center, adapting to the different situations that may arise or the particular conditions of the local environment. - Assist and advise visitors and residents in their requests for information and in the formulation of complaints or claims, guaranteeing at all times the quality of the information provided. - Interpret oral messages of medium complexity in English, expressed by clients and suppliers at normal speed in the field of tourism activity, in order to provide an adequate service and achieve client satisfaction. - Communicate orally spontaneously with one or more clients or suppliers in English, in the provision of tourist services.
