- Know the provisions of the Data Protection regulations, both at the international level (RGPD) and at the national level (LOPDGDD). - Complete the content on personal data protection of the RGPD with Provision X of the LOPDGDD on Digital Rights. - Comply with the new digital requirements for the protection of workers and minors in the web environment. - Provide students with the legal tools and strategies for GDPR implementation procedures. - Provide students with the legal tools and strategies for procedures to defend the Internet rights of users. - Recognize the consequences in case of non-compliance.

After a great boom in data protection with the entry into force of LOPDGDD 3/2018, of December 5, on the Protection of Personal Data and guarantee of rights, the Higher University Course in Data Protection and Digital Rights prepares students for comprehensive and current knowledge of data protection combined with the exercise of digital rights. Our program can be used by digital users who want to expand their knowledge in Law digital as well as for Protection Delegates, and professionals in the data protection sector who wish to expand their knowledge of the web environment. As they are Data Protection Delegates, Data Processors or Managers or other professionals in the sector, they will be able to obtain specific and innovative preparation of digital rights, as a technical-practical extension of data protection regulations.
