- Know the provisions of the Data Protection regulations, both at the international level (RGPD) and at the national level (LOPDGDD). - Complete the content on personal data protection of the RGPD with Provision X of the LOPDGDD on Digital Rights. - Comply with the new digital requirements for the protection of workers and minors in the web environment. - Provide students with the legal tools and strategies for GDPR implementation procedures. - Provide students with the legal tools and strategies for procedures to defend the Internet rights of users. - Recognize the consequences in case of non-compliance.
Work as a professional expert in digital rights, or expand your qualification as a Data Protection Officer, Data Protection and Digital Rights Expert or Digital Legal Consultant. Every professional in the sector together with the Data Processors, Controllers and DPO – DPD will be able to expand their theoretical and practical knowledge regarding data protection and digital rights.
